The professionality gained in 30 years of experience in the field of organization, combined with a humanistic and artistic preparation, are the distintive qualities of our team, refined by on going research and passion for the design of memorable events.
THE CARING OF THE EVENT
The study of the details allows us to design events with customized sceneries and in exclusive locations, providing and taking care of all the creative and logistic support for the realization of evocative settings. The care of each detail and the professional management of all operational steps are our guidelines to offer a unique and exciting experience.
TOTAL IMMERSIVENESS
The uniqueness of an event is found in the people who are the protagonists, but only through accurate planning is it possible to make the event memorable for all the participants. This will enable the total immersion in the history of the sites where it will be held, to intensively experience… the breaths of time.
STORYTELLING
The event will be “reported” in a discrete way by the staff professional photographers, who will have collaborated in the creation of the settings and therefore, better than anyone else, would know how to do the shooting in terms of narration and technical expertise.

Stefania Marchetti
HISTORICAL EXPERT AND EVENTS MANAGER
Graduated in Modern Literature, medieval philological specialization, with a thesis in Romance Philology. Alongside with historical and artistic teaching, she refined her flair for public relations with a master’s degree in operational marketing. The combination of two higher educations has resulted in the organization and realization of historical and artistic themed events.
Being the owner of “Stefania Marchetti Events”, now also the location manager of Palazzo del Drago in Bolsena, she currently promotes historic residences in the field of heritage tourism
Max D'Alessandro
ORGANIZATION AND VISUAL DESCRIPTIONS
Founder of the photographic studio “Scatti Spontanei” (Spontaneous shots), he is specialized in the world of international events, both private and corporate; he also provides commercial and artistic services and holds various types of photography courses.
He prefers spontaneity, study and work planning; in whatever historical epoch you will find yourself, he and his staff will be discreet storytellers of the event.
